The Olympic Peninsula is the most enchanting, mystical, and physically diverse part of the Pacific Northwest. It has everything from misty ocean beaches to an enormous temperate rainforest, and if you’re lucky enough to live in Washington, you should absolutely explore as much of it as possible.

Mick’s Yurt was home to the star of the Nat Geo series, The Legend of Mick Dodge. The space is small, but it’s filled with soft bedding and comfortable seating. There’s even an outdoor shower and a nearby sauna.

5. And then there’s this awesome underground dome house!

This custom built 500 square foot home can sleep five guests comfortably. You’ll have half an acre of privacy, all the comforts of home (including WiFi) and bragging rights about sleeping in the coolest place ever.

6. How about a cute little llama room on a farm?

This sprawling farm has set up a private bedroom for a farm stay experience you’ll never forget. Your hosts will grant you access to the entire home as well as the outdoor hot tub, pool, and cedar sauna. Plus, there are adorable animals everywhere.

7. Last but not least, you can sleep in a yacht (in a meadow).

You won’t have to worry about getting seasick in this retired yacht. Meadowlark is a 1938 PNW cruiser that sits comfortably on dry land and features four beds, a tiny kitchen, and lasting memories.
